Return Policy

All DawnRay product returns must be approved in advance.

If you have a product that you wish to return that is not subject to a warranty claim, the following requirements must be met:

• The product must have been purchased within the last 180 days of the date you file the RMA.

• The product must in its original condition, packages must be in re-sellable condition.

• The product must be in good order, working, and in sellable condition.

• Used products are not acceptable

To complete the form, please have the following information ready.

• Part # of the products (usually starts with DR)
• Quantity
• Original Invoice # of the original purchase.
• Date of the order received
• Reason for return.
